SodaCova Group is a wholly minority owned real estate investment company founded in 2013. SodaCova saw Newburgh as the perfect city to provide a chance for the business to grow while making a positive change. Family owned and operated the SodaCova mission is to bring back life to neglected neighborhoods by creating affordable housing. We renovate dilapidated properties, we employ local workers and we support the local community. We hope to impart the sense of pride we have in our company's efforts with the residents and the city that have made those projects possible.
